Chronic Back Pain due to an Injury

Dear Dr Chau,
I am writing in regard to my daughter Lori. For many years, she had suffered chronic back pain due to an injury she sustained participating in school gymnastics.
After several visits to the doctor and subsequent x-rays the only alternatives suggested were physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment which both proved to be futile.
My husband had read about acupuncture but we were somewhat skeptical. None the less we decided to give it a try. It was our last resort - needless to say we should have tried it first !
Lori has been completely free of pain since her last treatment five months ago!
To all those who are skeptical - don' t be !
